Cauliflower Mini Quiche: A Skin Saving Start

Cauliflower mini quiche provides many nutrients
Cauliflower mini quiches make for a great skin saving breakfast

Cauliflower is a fantastic skin saving food, and I’m always looking for ways to incorporate it into our meals. There’s a reason I consider it such a great skin saving food: it is absolutely packed with powerful nutrients.

  • To start with, it contains a compound called quercetin, which is a potent antioxidant.

  • It’s also a great source of fiber, which serves as a prebiotic and helps maintain gut health.

  • Cauliflower is also a cruciferous vegetable, and that means that it’s part of a group called the "detox vegetables". Cauliflower contains glucosinolates, which help detoxify harmful substances in the body.

  • There are more amazing ingredients that promote skin health, but these ingredients are a great place to start.

Adding cauliflower into these mini breakfast quiches is a simple way to add vegetables to breakfast. As a bonus, you can make these the day before and just quickly heat them up in the morning, making for a fast and healthy breakfast.
